Payment Options:
We accept American Express, Visa and Master Card.
 
Shipping:
At hitch & bundle, our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. We will ship your order once credit has been approved.  We make every attempt to have all our products in stock, but because our products are not mass-produced, we may require a few more days to ensure your items were made with the utmost of care.  We will notify you if there will be any such delay.
Packages are shipped Monday thru Friday, and on Saturdays with special arrangement.  You will receive confirmation of order by e-mail with USPS tracking number.  You can track your package at www.usps.com with this number.
For special delivery requests (overnight or 2nd day), please email us at info@hitchandbundle.com.  We will do our absolute best to accomodate your request and will quote you the additional charge.
 
Sales tax:
Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped only within the state of New York. If your shipment is going outside the state of New York there is no sales tax. The current rate for New York sales tax 8.25%.
 
International orders:
At this time we ask that all International customers e-mail

Returns:
We are very proud of hitch & bundle products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase.  All custom orders are non-returnable.
All returns must be in original packaging and any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
...Returning Your Item
Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.  Please allow 30 days for the credit to show up on your statement.
...How to Return Your Item
Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS or FedEx. Shipping is not refundable.
...Exchanging Your Item
Please email Customer Service at info@hitchandbundle.com to arrange for an exchange. Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by USPS. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.

Privacy and Security:
All information submitted to hitch & bundle is kept confidential. No personal information, such as email address, and other contact information is sold or distributed. See our detailed policy at the bottom of this page.
We've gone to great lengths to ensure your information stays secure.  All transactions are protected via secure server layer certificate encryption.  SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from your browser to the server you are connected to, making it virtually impossible to intercept and tamper with the information on the way.
 
Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card.  We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping.  In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected.
